Puberty Blues

So I re-watched Puberty Blues and took a few screen shots this time. It's just the most stunning show ever. I wasn't sure what to expect the first time I watched it (since I don't watch much Australian TV and don't know much about Australia in general) but I completely fell in love with this show with my whole heart. Every aspect of the show is sheer perfection: the flawless cinematography, the perfectly crafted characters, the hauntingly beautiful soundtrack. I felt like I was transported into 1970s Australia, into these people's lives. Through such minor things I was able to understand these characters. Where they came from, why they were the way they were. It just really made me feel. I can't even explain it. This is just really the most devastatingly beautiful show ever, in every sense of the word.
